Good matress, cleaning well done.
This is not a hotel! It is the first floor of an ordinary building without a reception desk, without a computer, with no phone in the bedroom, no restaurant, no credit nor debit card machines, no kitchen, no one is ever there ... I don't know. Despite the friendliness of the owner, there is no way I could even compare this hotel to the other ones where I stayed during my trip to Europe. I would not go back.

I picked this because it was not in city but close enough to a metro. It was easy to get around. Quite neighborhood. Very relaxing when we got back there were plenty of places to eat at. Supermarket near by if you wanted to make a quick picnic and go. Owner was very friendly and nice. Great b&b with new style furnishing. My father and kid loved it. Got breakfast in morning and we were on the go all day and came back to a quite place.

It's really a nice hotel. Worth the price! Modern design, clean, comfortable, and quite. A bit difficult to find it by myself, maybe it is because i'm not good at reading map. But I was so lucky that Mr. Andrea(not sure for the spelling) met me on the road when I was looking for the hotel, he's so smart to recognize me just becuase i was draging the case, haha.

Good b&b, with a new room, comfortable, clean, 15 min from Colosseo by walking, and near metro and train (to airport) station. Good personal attention. Air conditioned and tv. Good and clean bathroom. The relationship costs/benefits are excellent.
Doesn't have refrigerator.

We stayed there just last week and loved our time there. Andreas was so helpful, very kind and nice to us. He helped arrange for taxis, told us how to get around, where to go, gave us a maps and answered any questions that we had. The rooms were taken very well care of and the location is great- 5 minute walk from the metro and about a 20 minute walk from the Coliseum. Beds were comfortable, clean, washroom was new and up to date, and we felt safe there. Loved our stay there and would recommend it to anyone!

Very good location (you may go to the Colosseum by walk), excellent staff (Andrea is very kind and he was very helpful - we had a late flight, so he arranged us to pick up our bags in the evening), new furniture, toilet perfect, absolutely clean… We were more than satisfied. I’m recommending it.

Very nice and clean rooms, every day the beds were made like in a normal hotel. Location was also very nice, hop on the subway and 3minutes later you are in the centre of rome, 5mins-6min = vatican, owner speaks well english.
No wifi breakfast inside is not good, in the bar around the corner is ok

Modern clean spacious, owner helpful and friendly, quiet location , within walking distance of colluseum but metro close by if prefered. Snack bars very close by. If your British and like tea in the morning I would go for coffee as water is Luke warm, breakfasts simple could be better but overall nice place to stay
The tea was horrible

We really enjoyed our stay at Home 16 Relais. A good location nearby the city center and metro station Re di Roma. Located in a nice building in a safe neighbourhood. The room is clean and modern and there is no noise. Sheets and towels are replaced every day. Airconditioning and hair dryer are available, as well as a flat screen TV. Andrea was really helpful. Price vs. quality a very good choice!
The breakfast is basic, but this is typical for Italy and just a small remark for people who like an extensive breakfast.

Just the location and the close proximity to the best tiramisu in Rome (Pompi's)
First of all, it was not a hotel but rooms for rent. The breakfast was not satisfactory (only a capuccino & a small croissant). There was neither a refrigerator nor a safe in the room. Finally there was not a 24-hour desk (although Andrea who was in charge was very helpful)
